Potential Support Element problem with CP APAR VM63815

NOTE: APAR VM63897 is now available and prevents problems associated with APAR VM63815 and the support element/HMC.

The steps to remove APAR VM63815 have been removed from this web page because there is a fixing PTF for fixing APAR VM63897. That PTF should be applied.
