5D3 CICS TS for VSE/ESA: New Application Support

Abstract:
This presentation provides an overview of two significant new functions which will be made generally available for CICS Transaction Server for VSE/ESA next year: The CICS Web Interface which provides direct access to CICS applications from a standard Web Browser without the need for an intermediate Web Server, and the 3270 bridge which enables existing 3270 based applications to be driven without change from other than a 3270 terminal --for example from client environments such as the Web and MQSeries.
