5D2 Migrating to CICS TS for VSE/ESA
Abstract:
This presentation discusses the key aspects to be considered
for migration to CICS Transaction Server for VSE/ESA. In planning to
migrate, you need to be aware of the significant new features as
well as changes to existing function. Some of these changes may result
in differences in the way a transaction behaves, and may
produce different results in CICS TS for VSE/ESA. New and changed system
defaults that can affect your CICS systems' behaviour are covered
as well as storage considerations, and migration aids such as the CICS
coexistance environment are also described.
