3C2 VM Year 2000 Experience at the ITSO

Abstract:

Recently, the ITSO center in Boeblingen conducted a residency on VM/ESA Year 2000 Migration. The residents participated in a case study involving the transition of a real world VM/ESA system and a suite of applications to a Year 2000 Ready state. Their experiences are fully documented in the ITSO redbook 'VM/ESA Year 2000 Migration - A Case Study,' SG24-2042. Hear a summary of the ITSO experiences and uncover value in their applicability to the Year 2000 transition needs of VM/ESA systems and applications worldwide.
