1996 Summary of Changes to the VM Site Information

We began a collection of the site summary changes in late 1996. For items where the information is no longer current, the link has been removed.

December 1996

• The month's most popular download packages.
• Read the Performance report for VM/ESA Version 2 Release.2.0
• Link to User Group home page for GSE, Guide Share Europe
• Began a segment devoted to VM Business Value
• Spruced up the front page and reorganize and regrouped some information with more reference links
• Product Owners's Corner
• Include dates for 1997 VM events on the Calendar .

November 1996

• New performance info for VM/ESA on IBM P/390 and R/390 (PC Server 520 and RS/6000 591)
• VM Calendar updated with many events
• Noted the many VM web sites included with "Powered by S/390 Partners"
• Introduced the dates/registration for IBM's 1997 VM and VSE Technical Conference
• Featured Product is QMF. See Related products
• Provided both October and November Infofacts
• Began this summary of site informational changes
