When running in a CSE multiple system cluster, or even a single system
using a DIRMSAT server to maintain a duplicate object directory, make
sure that minidisk caching is disabled for:

P748XE4M or 4VMDVH10 or 5VMDIR10 - 21F

Otherwise a variety of syncronization problems may occur.
To disable caching for the minidisk, issue a
DIRM FOR id MINIOPT vaddr NOCACHE NOMDC
command for each id/vaddr combination.
