OpenExtensions fo z/VM "Q"s and "A"s

Question: Can you tell me which C compilers are supported?

Answer: IBM XL C/C++ for z/VM V1.2, IBM C/C++ for z/VM V1.1, and IBM C for VM/ESA V3.1 are the C/C++ compilers supported under OpenExtensions for z/VM. The IBM XL C/C++ compiler is the compiler called from c89. Older versions of C compilers will continue to run on z/VM, but cannot be used to access OpenExtensions functions.
