Available z/VM 7.4 Recommended Service Upgrades (RSUs)
z/VM 7.4 introduced linear service to the product. Recommended Service Upgrades (RSUs) are now created before a new z/VM feature pack is introduced to the product. Theoretically, this would be a very stable point on the z/VM linear service timeline when the product has received service fix packs. RSUs bundle pre-existing APAR service fix packs and feature packs in a single pre-built package to help make installation easier. Check the RSU Plans page for information about future RSU delieveries.
