z/VM TCP/IP Stack - QDIO Device Driver

• z/VM Release 5.1.0 and 5.2.0

  Because the entire HOME list was forwarded on all links, the following series of messages sometimes appeared when multiple links were defined to the same real or virtual network:

  DTCOSD248E Error processing IPv4 address ipaddr
  DTCOSD111E IP address already in use by another IP connection
  DTCOSD223E OSD device DEVOSD1A: Return code E00A from SETIP for IPv4

  For z/VM 5.1.0 and 5.2.0, use of the SOURCEVIPA statement in the TCP/IP Configuration file eliminated these harmless messages for this configuration.

  TCP/IP stack configuration behavior was changed in z/VM 5.3.0 so this problem no longer occurs.
