File Extension Table
Following are the default values used when the trans=ext or lines=ext parameters are used on a VM NFS server running TCP/IP level 320 for VM/ESA Version 2, Release 4.0 or higher, including z/VM. The system administrator for your system may change or add to these default values by changing the VMNFS CONFIG file used by the NFS server. File extension is defined to be the last component of the name, that is, the characters following the last period in the path name. Up to eight characters are matched, and mixed case is not respected.
