Guy - I checked the files on the server and they seem to be
intact.  You might want to retry your download.  If you are 
still unable to get it to work I can send you the files via

I tried to use both the PDF and VMARC version of the documentation
and get errors on both. 
Acrobat Reader says there is an errod in the file.
VMARC gives a RC=15 and does not produce the BOOK file.
VMARC MODULE works with other packages in the download library.
Acrobat Reader 3.0 works with other PDFs.
