MRMTRSUS Prolog

 DSECT NAME - MTRSUS
FUNCTION - Map a Monitor record.
 LOCATED BY -
        Through the Monitor Control Area
 REFERENCED CONTROL BLOCKS -
        MRRECHDR Monitor Record Header
 NAME - MRMTRSUS
DESCRIPTIVE NAME - Monitor Event Record
                    Domain 1 - Monitor Domain
                    Record 3 - Suspension Record
DESCRIPTION - Indicates the number of event records lost due
to the monitor suspending. Monitoring may be
suspended because the event portion of the DCSS
is full, or the IUCV path to the receiving virtual
machine has been quiesced. This record is the first
record in the first block of data sent, after the
               suspension has ended.
