DESCRIPTION - Indicates the end of data in a frame. Its presence
implies that there is another frame of data to
follow. For Sample, the last frame sent will not
have an end of frame record, but instead, an end of
interval record. For event, there is no end of
frame nor end of interval record in the last frame
sent.
