 DESCRIPTION - Describes a paging or spooling area in a CP volume
               that had just been attached.  A separate record is
               generated for each paging area and each spooling area
               on the volume.
 NOTES:
   - The CP volume, as a device, is described in MRIODATD (Domain 6,
     Record 5).  MRSTOATC describes the storage area on it.
