 DELETED BY : CP application mailbox on a CLOSE function.
 SERIALIZED : The ACTBK lock.
 RELOCATION CONSIDERATIONS : None
 NOTES      :
              A TRGBK contains information about one path to a partner
              application. It is used by the CP application mailbox to
              find a path to a partner application on another node.
              The ACTBK has the anchor to the TRGBK chain.
