NAME       : HCPTCMBK
 DESCRIPTION: Map an area in the TCMBK for a given PTE set size
 DSECT      : PTESET
 NOTES      : Note that if the size of PTESET DSECT changes, then the
              field DPSPTEIX defined in HCPBST must also change.
              PTESET maps TCMPTE8, TCMPTE10, TCMPTE12, and TCMPTE14.
