 NAME : HCPPEDBK
 DESCRIPTION: Product Enablement Data Block
 DSECT : PEDBK
FUNCTION : Contains information relating to Products
that are explicitly marked Enabled or Disabled
              on the system.
LOCATED BY : SYSPEDBK pointer of system. These control
blocks are kept in SORTED order using PEDPRDID
              as the key.
 CREATED BY : HCPPEC, HCPPES
 DELETED BY : HCPPEA
SERIALIZED : SYSPEDLK Lock in System Common area
 RELOCATION CONSIDERATIONS : None
USAGE NOTES : The next field MUST be retained as the FIRST
