 FUNCTION   :
              The MLTBK structure defines a multi-level indexed
              table.  The MLTBK provides an anchor for sub-tables
              which are allocated only when required.  The width
              of the KEY determines the depth of the table.  Each
              byte of the KEY represents an index into the sub-table
              at that level of the structure.

      enabled for Ensemble Management by the SMAPI Server.
