RELOCATION CONSIDERATIONS : As part of cross system SCIF
flag bytes CSLTYPE, CSLDFLG, CSLEFLG and CSLSFLG are
shipped to a remote member of the plex. Any changes
to these flag bytes must be done in an upwardly
compatible manner. The transport is initiated in
HCPCFR.
