FUNCTION : THE PAG/PAH INTERFACE BLOCK REDEFINES THE

expansion to 64 bits of the fields to the immediate right.
Notes :
Since this b ock redefines the SVGBK, the assemble
statement 'H PUSING SVGBK,RX' must precede the use of any
ppibk fields
