 Description: SCSI Container Write same control block
 DSECT      : SZWRS
 Function   : The SCSI container has a IOSC write same function
              and this control block is the assembler version
              of the C writeSameReq_iosct structure.
              Make sure this control block is updated whenever
              the C structure is updated.
              CAUTION: The DIGNUS C compiler aligns all LONG
              definitions on 64 bit boundaries.  Care must be
              taken to account for the alignment in this DSECT.
