 Deleted by : The Program issuing Diagnose X'27C'
 Serialized : The Program issuing Diagnose X'27C'
 Comments   : The PPLBK is fetched by CP from guest storage
              when Diagnose X'27C' is issued by the guest.
              The PPLBK will be stored back in guest storage
              by CP upon completion of the specific
              diagnose function.
