              beginning of the data area which is mapped
              by this DSECT.
 Created by : HCPWLBBN during system initialization.
 Deleted by : Not deleted.
 Notes      : When this DSECT is COPYed into the HCPWDA module, it
              generates actual code instead of a DSECT.  This permits
              the definitions of these fields to be centralized here.
