THESE BLOCKS ARE CONNECTED TO ONE OF TWO CHAINS FROM THE VMDBK. THE CHAIN ANCHORED BY VMDPPFPT IS ALL PPFBKS REPRESENTING RESOLVED PSEUDO PAGE FAULTS IN THE primary address space for PAGEX whose INTERRUPT HAS NOT BEEN REFLECTED TO THE GUEST.
