 DESCRIPTION: Disk Key Table DSECT for BDAM Simulation
 DSECT      : KEYSECT
 FUNCTION   : KEYSECT defines by key, the key table used for
              I/O in OS simulation of BDAM files. KEYSECT is
              built dynamically from CMS free storage.
              KEYSECT is called by the KEYSECT macro.
