 NAME       : INTBLOK
 DESCRIPTION: I/O Interrupt Block
 DSECT      : INTBLOK
 FUNCTION   : Mapping macro which maps information
              stored when an I/O interrupt occurs. INTBLOK
              maps the user provided area indicated by the
              INTBLOK parameter of the HNDIO macro.
