NAME       : PIB2TAB
 DESCRIPTION: Program Information Block Extension
 DSECT      : PIB2TAB
 FUNCTION   : PIB2TAB describes the entries in the PIB2TAB
              block, which is an extension of the PIBTAB
              block. For each PIB table entry, an entry
              exists in the PIB table extension block
              (PIB2TAB). PIB2TAB is called by the PIB2TAB
              macro. The PIB2PTR field in the BGCOM block
              points to the PIB2TAB block.
