 DESCRIPTION: Boundary Box Addresses
 DSECT      : BBOXADR
 FUNCTION   : BBOX contains the beginning addresses of the
              VSE partitions when CMS/DOS is active; one for
              each entry. BBOXADR is called by the BBOX
              macro.
