 NAME       : PUBTAB
 DESCRIPTION: Physical Unit Block Table
 DSECT      : PUBADR
 FUNCTION   : PUBADR defines the fields of a
              physical unit block table as used by CMS and
              VSE or both routines. Both DSECTs define the
              same storage. For CMS routines the simulated
              PUBADR DSECT has eighteen 8-byte entries, one
              for each device supported by CMS. The simulated
              PUBADR DSECT is described by the PUBTAB macro.
