 Name       : DMSEXHD
 Description: Map extra header record to format
              external trace records.
 DSECT      : EXHD
 Function   : Map out the extra header that CMS needs to put
              into the External Trace Buffer (see TRACE_BUFFER
              DSECT in DMSBMR PLAS) for each record so that CMS
              can format the trace records. The Layout of this
              header preceeds the DSECT below.
