 Function   : This macro maps the kernel global
              storage area, or KGA. The KGA is anchored in
              NUCON at X'488'. This macro also maps the PLD
              (processor-local data area). The PLD is
              anchored in each CPU's NUCON at X'480'. If you
              include this macro, you must also include NUCON
              and STRUCPRA.
