Help Desk Helper/VM is a tool for help desk personnel that lets them quickly access answers to many OV/VM "how to" questions that are frequently asked by end-users. Helper/VM provides a database of hundreds of questions and answers about OV/VM. You can even add your own questions and answers to the database. Help Desk Helper/VM also lets you perform a fast, on-line look up of OV/VM, CMS, and CP messages and display a diagram of the OV/VM menu structure from which samples of most OV/VM panels can be displayed.

Help Desk Helper/VM was previously available as part of the IBM OV/VM Toolkit Vol 1 PRPQ (5799-FLX).
