The FIXDATE EXEC makes it more easy to change date and/or time of CMS files. Under the covers it calls DMSPLU, but the FIXDATE EXEC gives you more freedom in date and time formats:

• we support the date and time formats used by FILELIST, including ISODATE
• we also accept an = sign for date or time
