Conference Room Facility (CRF) is a VM based application that provides on-line scheduling of conference rooms on a site-wide basis. It enables all VM users to locate and schedule available conference rooms from their own workstation. Individual users are able to search for rooms available during a specified time period, and schedule the rooms and any special equipment. The CRS master scheduling machine will send a confirmation notice when the reservation is processed. CRF can be used to schedule single or recurring meetings. Reservations can be searched, cancelled or transferred.
