The latest bkwlib.vmarc on this web server contains a fix
to the SPOOL line driver.  The SPOOL driver now passes the
service instance the spool ID of the input reader file
at offset 24.4 in the C-block extension.  The spool ID is
in character form.  Also, the SPOOL line driver does not
purge the input reader file until the service instance
responds with _stopack.  This lets the service instance
do something with the file if it wants to (like transfer
it to somewhere else).
