The DCSS is used by SMAPI and now by TCP/IP's SSL server. 2. the addition of a STFL instruction during CMS initialization to save various hardware information for later CMS use. If you are running the SMAPI servers or you have installed the latest TCP/IP SSL server updates, you will need the changes listed above.
