When static DEFAULT routes are coded in the GATEWAY statement,
the TCP/IP stack sends the routes to MPROUTE. The stack is
sending a destination of 0.0.0.0 and a subnetmask of 255.0.0.0.
The incorrect subnetmask is causing MPROUTE to send type 5
 advertisements for a 0.255.255.255 route.

 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
TCP/IP has been changed to send a 0.0.0.0
 subnetmask for DEFAULT routes.
