 ****************************************************************
When a RouteD is configured with a point-to-point link that has
a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255, message DTCRTD4910E is
recieved upon initialization. This is due to the fact that
RouteD first adds the host route to the other end of the
point-to-point link, then attempts to add a subnet route for
the link. Because the subnet route is the same as the host
route (due to the subnet mask), rtadd fails with an EEXIST.

 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
RouteD has been changed so that it no longer attempts to add
a subnet route for an interface that is configured with a
 subnet mask of 255.255.255.255.
