 ERROR DESCRIPTION:
When a device is deleted or stopped, MPROUTE drops
multicast group membership on all interfaces with the same
 IP Address.
VM TCPIP no longer has connectivity to any host.

 LOCAL FIX:
All LINKs defined in the HOME statements of the PROFILE TCPIP
must have their own I/P address.

 * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY PTF                                    *
 ****************************************************************
When a device is stopped or dropped, MPROUTE tells the TCP/IP
stack to remove that device from its multicast groups. Since
the removal is based on the IP address of the device, all
devices that share the same IP address will be dropped from
 the multicast group.

 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
MPRoute code was modified to keep track of how many devices
with the same IP address join a multicast group, and to only
drop multicast membership for an IP address when the last
 device was deleted or stopped.
The TCP/IP stack was also changed to ensure that all devices
that share IP address are correctly joined to multicast groups.
