 ERROR DESCRIPTION:
VM TCP/IP is no longer able to communicate after Microcode
upgrade to OSA express adapter. Problem only occurs on VM TCP/IP
R3A0 and R410. New releases of VM TCP/IP already have a change
 that resolves the problem.
No error condition is apparent. The device appears to be
READY but no data transfer takes place.

 ****************************************************************
After upgrading the OSA device with a Microcode update, no
connectivity is possible with OSD devices. The device status
is Ready and there are no error messages.
The Microcode update on the OSD device needs to be communicated
to z/VM TCP/IP stack to ensure this condition is handled
 properly.

 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The QDIO buffer handler (TCQDIO) has been updated to set the
appropriate flag (QDIO_HEADER_FLAG_UNICAST) in the QDIO
QDIO header. Macro TCQDIOCO was updated to define the
 constants.
