 ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Need user exit capability in order to provide a method to
combat spamming and spoofing through the SMTP server. This
method can consist of some type of client verification (by
checking out the HELO parameter that is passed to the server),
or by restricting the mail forwarding capability of the server.
Also, a generic SMTP command exit would allow the server to
be customized in the way that it responds to certain SMTP
  commands.
