 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
 PROBLEM:
   When a secure x3270 connection is terminated,
 "close-notify" processing is invoked.  This processing
 causes a CLEARtextRESUMED notification to be given to
 the telnet server and results in the assertions because
 the telnet server does not handle the CLEARtextRESUMED
 notification.
 SOLUTION:
   The Telnet server is modified to handle the
 CLEARtextRESUMED notification.  The parts changed
 are: TNSTMAS PASCAL, MSTCP MSGS, TCPRINT PASCAL and
 TCNOTIF PASCAL.
