 ERROR DESCRIPTION:
 User states that from his VMid MPROUTE only replies back to
 SMSG MPROUTE HELP commands.
 Tracing the problem it was found that MPROUTE was getting the
 SMSG command and appeared to send back a reply. Determined
 that the problem was MPROUTE was replying back to an incorrect
 VMid, it assumes all VMids being used are 8 characters long.

 If a command is sent to the MPROUTE server from a userid of less
 than 8 characters, any output from that command will not be
 returned to that userid.
 
 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
 The 8 character field used to hold the userid for command output
 contained NULLs when the userid was less than eight characters
 in length. Changed the logic to make sure any unused characters
 are spaces.
