MPRoute is experiencing problems losing adjacencies and routes.
This tends to happen when MPRoute have many neighbors in the
network, and has very heavy OSPF traffic.

 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
MPRoute calls usleep with a delay of 500 milliseconds.
This is too short for CMS multitasking to handle. The thread
issuing the sleep never came out of the sleep, and caused
 various problems in MPRoute.
The usleep call has been changed to a 1 second sleep.
