 WAKEUP.  IF RENAMED TO SOMETHING ELSE, IT STILL NUCXLOADS ITSELF
 AS WAKEUP.

 *                      being named Wakeup and also always      *
 *                      nucxloads itself as Wakeup.             *

 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
 With this change, the Wakeup module can now be renamed to
 something else and will be nucxloaded with whatever name it is
 invoked by.  All messages that are issued by the module will
 still reference the name 'WAKEUP'.
 The Wakeup Helpcms file was updated to state that unpredictable
 results may occur if another application also enables for VMCF
 or SMSG in the same machine.
