An operation exception will occur if the crypto_aes_assist
function is called. This could occur if either the SSL or LDAP
Server is handling a secure socket and AES encryption or
 decryption is required.

 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
 The crypto_aes_assist function contained a z/Architecture
assembler instruction which is not supported in CMS. This
instruction was replaced with some non-z/Architecture
instructions which perform the same function.
