 ERROR DESCRIPTION:
 After APAR PI57534 added eyecatcher support to a number of
 TCP/IP control blocks, the assembler versions of those control
 were no longer on word boundaries.  In fact, best practice is
 to make sure the control blocks begin on doubleword boundaries.
