These blocks will become orphaned and start to build up to the point where storage can be depleted. LOCAL FIX: PROBLEM SUMMARY: **************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of the z/VM SSL server. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY PTF * **************************************************************** When configured to use the z/VM SSL server, the z/VM TCP/IP server may show a growing number of ACBs in use. This may result in notifications that the ACB pool has been expanded due to depletion. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: When a secure connection is closed, there was a case where an allocated ACB was no longer needed, but never freed. Code has been updated to correct this.
