ERROR DESCRIPTION:
This new function APAR provides support for secure RSCS TCPNJE
links. It modifies TCP/IP to allow encrypted traffic to flow
over TCPNJE connections.

Currently only non-secure
(un-encrypted) data is allowed to flow
over RSCS TCPNJE links.

COMMENTS:
This APAR provides the TCP/IP interfaces needed so that RSCS
can establish secure TCPNJE links (RSCS APAR VM65788 is also
required for this support). Once a secure TCPNJE link is
established, all data that is sent/received by RSCS flows
through the SSL server to be encrypted/decrypted.
