 ERROR DESCRIPTION:
 After application of UK98378 for APAR PM95516 SSL Server startup
 fails with:
 CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception
          (System Completion Code=0C4)
 when started in FIPS mode.

 After the application of PTF UK98378 the SSL Server may abend on
 startup when configured to start in FIPS mode. The reported
 symptom is an 0C4 abend but other abends may occur.
 
 PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
 APAR in error: PM95516
 An error in the code added by PM95516 left a pointer
 uninitialized in the FIPS enabling code. The code has been
 changed to correctly initialize the pointer.
